The “Silence as a Service” Provision
Yesterday, the 2026 Farm Bill was reported out of committee. Tucked inside is a provision that should alarm every parent and steward in America: Uniform Labeling.
They are attempting to make the EPA the sole arbiter of what you’re allowed to know about your food. If the EPA doesn’t require a warning, a state cannot mandate one. It’s a “Silence as a Service” model designed to protect industrial liability at the expense of your right to know.
This isn’t about “regulatory clarity.” It’s about a system that is so biologically fragile it requires a federal gag order to remain profitable.
At Kearney Family Farm, we aren’t waiting for the Farm Bill to catch up to reality. We are building the Regenerative Agricultural Training Center to teach the skills of Chemical-Free Sovereignty. We believe the best “label” isn’t a government sticker it’s a transparent, biological audit you can verify yourself.
Every purchase of our artisan sourdough and handmade soaps funds this mission. We’re building the infrastructure that makes “Silence Provisions” irrelevant.
Stop asking for a warning. Start funding the alternative.
