We meticulously prepare and package every item with the utmost care and attention to detail. We aim for every product to arrive in perfect condition and meet your highest expectations.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or if there is a significant issue with the quality of our product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
1. Reporting Period
Notify us of any damaged, incorrect, or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Report
Email Support@Kearney.farm with your order number, a description, and photos of the damage.
3. Our Resolution
Upon verification, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or full refund. Physical returns are usually not required.
🚫 General Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, consumable products, and for reasons of food safety and hygiene, we generally do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless items arrive damaged or defective.
We cannot accept returns for taste preference or change of mind. Please review product descriptions and ingredients carefully before ordering.
⚡ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested before the order has shipped.
To request a cancellation, email Support@Kearney.farm immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
💳 Processing Refunds & Shipping Costs
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. You will receive an email notification once issued.
- Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for replacements or returns of damaged/incorrect items are fully covered by Kearney Family Farm.
- Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order was incorrect or damaged.
