There’s a new arrival in the farm shop, and it smells like weekend mornings. We’re so excited to introduce our Signature Sourdough Pancake Mix — the newest addition to our pantry line, and one that’s been years in the making.

If you’ve ever bitten into one of our Signature sourdough cookies, you already know the secret: our living sourdough starter. It’s the same starter we feed, nurture, and bake with every single week — a living culture with real history and real character. Now, for the first time, that very starter is at the heart of our pancake mix, bringing its gentle tang and deep, satisfying flavor straight to your griddle.

We’ve kept breakfast beautifully simple. Just add milk and an egg to the mix, give it a whisk, and pour. That’s truly all it takes — no fussing, no long ingredient lists, no guesswork. Each pouch makes 8 to 10 hearty pancakes, plenty to feed the whole table on a slow Saturday morning or to fuel a busy school day.

Like everything we make, this mix is crafted right here on Long Island in small batches, with the same care we put into every cookie, soap, and jar that leaves our farm. When you buy from us, you’re supporting a working family farm and the regenerative practices that keep our soil — and our food — alive.

And with the holidays right around the corner, we can’t help but mention: this mix makes a wonderful gift. Tuck a pouch or two into a stocking, pair it with a jar of local maple syrup, and you’ve got a present that’s thoughtful, delicious, and anything but ordinary. At just $12 a pouch, it’s an easy way to share a taste of the farm with everyone on your list.
