The starter in this mix is the same living starter we bake into our beloved Signature Sourdough Sugar Cookies. It is carefully dehydrated at its peak so it travels from our kitchen to yours, carrying that deep, slow-cultured flavor home bakers love.

Made with organic ingredients: organic unbleached all-purpose flour, dehydrated organic sourdough starter, organic evaporated cane sugar, non-GMO aluminum-free baking powder, natural mineral baking soda, unrefined ancient sea salt.
